👁️ Lu Peek — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lu Peek (the "App", developed by the Lu Flow team) handles information when you use it. The App is designed for children and adults, and we deliberately keep our data footprint as small as possible.

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information that identifies you. All gameplay progress (stars, coins, levels) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

2. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Advertising ID (resettable from Android settings)
IP address (for fraud prevention & ad localization)
Aggregated, non-personal device info

For users identified as children, ads are restricted to AdMob's "child-directed" / "Families" inventory under Google Play Families Policy.

Google Play Billing

If you purchase "Remove Ads", payment is processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The only thing we receive is a confirmation that the purchase succeeded, which is stored on your device.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Lu Peek is family-friendly and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

4. Data Storage

All game data is stored locally. Uninstalling the App removes everything. There is no cloud sync, no account, and no server.

5. Your Rights

Reset your Advertising ID at any time from Android Settings.
Uninstall the App to remove all local data.
Disable ads entirely by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app product.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
